In this day and age of COVID challenges we have watched how all our team members have worked together to help us accommodate many different needs. This also ties in nicely with the work-life balance that we aim to promote as well.
Even though we are available for our customers when they need us, we don’t require our employees to work on weekends. We know that’s when they need time to rest and recuperate and spend quality time with their families, so we make sure to give them that.
By giving our Sensible team members the time off that they need, we find that they’re ready and willing to work when we need them most and that they want to spend time together as a team. Our employees are close and, over the years, they’ve found a sense of camaraderie with each other. They plan camping trips and outings to sporting events. They don’t just like working together, they like spending time off with each other too, and we believe that says a lot about the quality of the culture that we’ve created at Sensible.
