Sensible’s Commitment to Preserving Your Safety, Exceptional Service

As our hometowns and the country-at-large continue to navigate the global pandemic, Sensible Heating & Cooling is committed to preserving your safety and well-being, as well as that of our employees and partners. In keeping with these top priorities during uncertain times and to reduce the potential spread of illness, Sensible will continue to provide unprecedented service while practicing precautions and social-distancing ordinances to eliminate unnecessary contact among colleagues and customers.

As your devoted partner in traditional and alternative HVAC techniques, prior to conducting home-visits, customers are asked to participate in preliminary discussions with Sensible representatives via phone to assess HVAC needs. Upon entry to a customer’s home, Sensible’s installers and technicians are outfitted with disposable shoe-covers, face masks and urged to frequently use hand-sanitizer.

Sensible will continue to uphold our remote workplace environment – an original concept on which Sensible was founded. Additionally, Sensible employees are encouraged to stay home if they feel ill, and we will make scheduling adjustments as necessary to ensure all customers’ needs are managed in a timely fashion.

Sensible Heating & Cooling is actively monitoring COVID-19 guidance published by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. For questions about services and/or practices during this time, please contact Sensible at 720-876-7166 or by emailing: [email protected] / [email protected].
