What to expect during an A/C inspection and tune-up: Prior to conducting a home-visit, a Sensible representative will contact you to schedule a convenient time to visit your home and to assess your system. Upon arrival to your home, one of our highly qualified HVAC technicians, outfitted with disposable shoe-covers and a face mask, will complete a thorough cleaning of the A/C unit to remove dirt and debris that could be preventing optimal performance. The Sensible technician will inspect your system for any potential leaks, damage or other issues. One potential problem is leaking Freon. Low Freon levels can damage any system of any age. Upon completion, our technician will provide you with a detailed analysis.
Should the A/C tune-up detect issues, Sensible can help navigate repairing or replacement options and Xcel Energy rebate submissions.
