At Sensible Heating & Cooling, we operate a business rooted in promise and commitment. Our Annual Service Agreements (ASAs) are a reflection of this philosophy and reach well-beyond the initial install of HVAC equipment and systems. To reinforce this commitment, we offer our customers service guarantee agreements to ensure your home’s traditional and alternative air conditioner, furnace, and/or other systems are running in tip-top shape. ASAs include yearly tune-ups and inspections, guaranteed emergency service and reduced rates for repairs. And this month, when you opt for our Bronze package, for just $20, you can secure a second annual visit.

Annual Service Agreement Plan Options

ASAs are available at three levels:

Gold

  • Annual tune-up and inspection
  • Guaranteed same-day emergency service
  • No parts or labor charges for unexpected repairs (out-of-warranty compressors or heat exchangers are not included).

Silver

  • Annual tune-up and inspection
  • Guaranteed emergency service within 24-hours
  • No labor charges for unexpected repairs

Bronze

  • Annual tune-up and inspection
  • Guaranteed emergency service within 24-hours
  • 15 percent discount on all unexpected repairs
