· Xcel Energy Rebates: Xcel Energy does offer rebates for clients who install high efficiency equipment in their home. The rebates typically change each year, but for 2012, they are offering up to $1800 back for customers who bundle a system that includes a water heater, furnace, air conditioner and insulation. We are an Xcel Energy certified dealer, and we are happy to help guide our clients through the process of applying for the rebates to make sure you get the full benefit.
· Heat Pumps & Geothermal: For clients who are looking for maximum efficiency from their system, Sensible Heating & Cooling also offers heat pumps and geothermal systems, which will get you the most efficiency possible from your system. This is an option we are happy to discuss with anyone who is interested to see if your home is a good fit for an alternative system. These systems also have great tax credits that we are happy to discuss, although we do recommend speaking with your tax professional to ensure the full credit.
