- Basic servicing. Did you know that heating and cooling units use 35% more energy when they aren’t properly serviced each year? So you can expect increased efficiency with regular servicing.
- Emergency service. Another benefit is that you will move up the list when you need emergency service on your system. Great news when your air conditioner goes on in the fritz during a heat wave!
- Labor and parts for repairs. Even with good maintenance, there is always the chance for an unexpected repair. But depending on the level that you choose, you could have 100% of your labor and parts covered with your annual fee!
