We have been getting calls over the past week or so from our customers wondering if it is too late to do a tuneup on their A/C. While it may seem silly to get a “spring” service on your air conditioner since we are creeping towards the middle part of the summer, we want to tell you that it is certainly not too late!
Even though we are already approaching the middle of July don’t forget that we have a lot of hot days ahead of us – it is not that uncommon to need a little cooling even into mid-September. That means you have about two more months in which will need your air conditioner running in tip-top shape.
Don’t forget that even though there may not be anything wrong with your air conditioner, getting it serviced can really help. By having your unit checked out and cleaned by a professional you will ensure that your air conditioner is running at its most efficient. (And remember, a more efficient-running air conditioner will help save you money.) If you haven’t had your air conditioner checked out yet we would recommend doing it soon and then making plans to have it checked out again next spring.
