Before an in-home estimate, a Comfort Advisor will call ahead of time to discuss any safety and health concerns, and answer your initial questions. Another option is we can provide a form to you to fill out that will help cut down the time we need for in-person visits. We can even guide you through the process of recording pictures and videos to reduce time needed in your home. We do ask for a final confirmation visit to make sure all details are covered.
