How can a heat pump provide cooling for your home?
We install an outdoor coil that captures the heat from the air just as it does when it intends to warm your house. However, when the warm air meets the indoor coil’s extremely cool refrigerant, the heat doesn’t last very long. It gets absorbed so quickly that the air loses all humidity, which condenses outside of the coil. A fan pushes that super cool air into the ducts.
Do you have a traditional heating system, such as a furnace, boiler or propane heat? Sensible Heating & Cooling has extensive experience, maintaining, repairing and replacing heating systems in residences across Colorado.
If you are experiencing issues with your heating system, or are concerned about the safety of an older system, please contact us today by calling 720-876-7166 or emailing email@example.com. We offer reasonably-priced furnace and boiler checkouts, as well as various repair services. We never charge overtime fees or emergency service charges.
With Colorado’s unique, dry climate, forced air furnaces can last much longer than in many other states which are much more humid. However, as your furnace ages, it still loses efficiency, causing homeowners much more in utility bills.
You may be a good candidate for a new system if:
- Your System is at least 15 Years Old
- Your utility bills are rising steadily each year
- Your system has not been well-maintained during its life
If you are interested in finding out more about a new system, call us today for a free estimate. We are happy to thoroughly review your system, and make the best recommendation for your unique home.
All gas burning equipment needs to be cleaned and tuned up on an annual basis. Equipment that does not have regular service can significantly increase fuel consumption and may run with unsafe conditions. Combustion analysis is a great tool to ensure your equipment is running as safe and efficient as possible. A combustion analysis takes readings on the exhaust gases to see how well the gases are burning. Small adjustments are then made to fine tune the output.
